hi i have been on the sky cig for 7 weeks and 3 days now and not 1 cigarrette has passed my lips….i smoked from the age of 14 and am now 54…not only have i packed up the cigarettes but have also joined slimming world and up to date have lost 1 stone 2 half pounds, which i dont think i could have done without the sky cig it has taken away the urge to keep nipping to the fridge and eating through boredom as it gives u something to do with your hands. i still have a lot of weight to lose around the 6 stone mark so i will be continuing with my sky cig. a combination of the sky cig and the slimming has enabled me to feel a lot healthier ..i can walk a lot firther without gasping for my breath… my friends and neighbours say i look 10 years younger and on the whole i feel completley good about myself as before i had a lot of anxiety issues after losing my partner of 25 years suddenly 18 months ago… what also makes me feel good is that i have recommended sky cig to friends and family who have also packed up smoking with the sky cig xx

I’ve been using Sky Cig for almost a year now, I smoked my last proper cigarette on Christmas Day. I used to have a terrible cough and would huff and puff my way up the shortest hills, I am now cough free and face the hills without the dread of gasping for breath half way up. I feel much healthier and happier. My husband is a smoker and was so impressed that I had managed to give up (after several previous attempts) with the help of Sky Cig that he gave it a go unfortunately he was unsuccessful but says he will try again in the near future.
