Dr. Hilary Jones on SKYCIG Electronic Cigarettes
In celebration of the five year anniversary of the ban on smoking in public places in England and Wales, Dr. Hilary Jones took to the airwaves around the country to discuss the impact the smoking ban has had on the general public and the benefits of electronic cigarettes as a healthier alternative to smoking.
A survey carried out in June 2012 by SKYCIG indicated that 83% of smokers polled did not want to give up the physical act of smoking. The survey also indicated the top five emotions that trigger a desire for a cigarette are anger, stress, anxiety, tiredness or sadness.
Dr. Hilary Jones says, "The advice I would give to anybody who wants to quit smoking would be to re-iterate the health benefits of quitting: risk of heart disease and cancers would fall dramatically in a relatively short period of time, the money they would save, no more smelling of tobacco, that they won't have stains on their fingers and fingernails and that they can deal with the issues in their life that make them smoke, in a healthier way".
"If somebody still wants to smoke and satisfy that physical feeling of smoking a cigarette, the electronic cigarette can be useful as a healthier option".
If you can inhale something that doesn't burn tobacco you are far better off. It is a much healthier alternative to tobacco.
Electronic cigarettes are becoming more popular and are a much safer alternative to traditional cigarettes.
SKYCIG has replaced over 50,000,000 traditional cigarettes (as of June 2012) & rising!
Customers who continue to use SKYCIG by purchasing refills improve their success rates by 77%
It's time to make a change
