Ordering Information

SKYCIG is intended for existing smokers and nicotine users. You must be 18 years or older to order SKYCIG products. We accept only valid Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit cards for purchases. Upon placing your SKYCIG order, you should receive two emails. The first is a confirmation email to inform you we have received your order and are processing your items. The second is to confirm your order has been shipped from our warehouse. In this email, we provide you a tracking number* and a link to the relevant postal carrier website. This info is also available in your SKYCIG Account.

Tracking Your SKYCIG Ordering History

When you place your first online or telephone order with us, you will automatically be registered with a SKYCIG account. This account can be used to keep track of previous orders and speed up the re-ordering process by keeping your information on file. Manage your account any time by clicking My Account at the top right of the page (you must log in first if you aren’t already). You can edit your personal details or billing information under "Account Information", add or edit your shipping addresses under "Shipping Information", and keep track of all your orders under "Order Information".

SKYCIG Shipping Information

SKYCIG ships throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, and continental Europe. SKYCIG works hard to dispatch all purchases within two business day and usually manage to beat this target, meaning orders are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day. For all Royal Mail orders to delivered in the United Kingdom, delivery normally takes 2-4 business days (depending on location), however, Royal Mail do advise this service can take up to 6 business days. During peak seasons, we always attempt to notify customers of any possible delays where possible with either a highlighted disclaimer on the shopping basket before orders are placed, or via email.

SKYCIG Shipping Charges

UK Orders

Orders within the UK and totalling less than £45 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.99.
Orders £45-£249 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for free.
Orders £250 and over are shipped via DHL free of charge.

Orders Outside the UK

Orders totalling less than £100 are shipped via 2nd class Royal Mail.
Orders £100 and over and are shipped via DHL.
All SKYCIG orders shipped outside the UK are subject to a charge of £4.99.

Redeeming a SKYCIG Coupon Code

SKYCIG often sends out promotional coupon codes. To redeem one, simply enter the code into the Coupon Code field at the bottom of your SKYCIG Shopping Basket page and press the SUBMIT CODE button. This immediately adjusts your purchase total, and you can complete your order as you would normally. If your code does not work, double check the characters you have entered and ensure that the promotion has not expired. Also, please ensure you are logged in to your SKYCIG account, as some coupons can only be redeemed when logged in. If a coupon problem persists, simply contact our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help you resolve any issues.
