Shipping Your SKYCIG Order
We maintain a standard of processing and fulfilling orders 1-2 business day after your order occurred. In some scenarios of peak demand there may be delays with this, and if so we will notify you with a highlighted disclaimer before you place your online order. All shipping is done through Royal Mail where delivery time is typically 5 business days from pickup to delivery (this is subject to Royal Mail operations). When you order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for you to trace the progress.
Please note if you order on Friday, your shipment will not go out until at least Monday. SKYCIG only ships to valid UK or EU addresses. Prior to contacting support, please check your shipping email to trace your package.
You must have a valid shipping address in order for us to dispatch your package, and for you to receive it. It is your responsibility to track your shipment once we have provided the tracking code. If you have any special requests after shipment, please contact Royal Mail at: 08457 740 740.
If your package shows delivered in the tracking, and you have not received it you will need to contact Royal Mail for details. They generally will leave it with a neighbour, or hidden around the postbox are in the case that no one was there to accept it.
