If In the event of defects in the workmanship or materials, SKYCIG warrants a one year (12 months) limited warranty. All exchanges require a complete Returned Merchandise Authorisation form and must be received within the 12 months of the original purchase date. (15) SHIPPING POLICY

IMPORTANT: Safe delivery of your package is your responsibility. We ship all orders through Royal Mail with tracking at no extra cost as a benefit to our customers. We highly encourage that you call Royal Mail at 08457 740 740 with your tracking code below to ensure the product is in route to you. If Royal Mail cannot deliver the package to you at the address you provided, it is your responsibility to pick up the package at the local post office, or to call Royal Mail and have it re-routed. Once a package is shown in Tracking as successfully delivered we cannot process or reship replacements.

Cancellations and Address Changes: If you place an order on www.SKYCig.co.uk and decide you want to cancel or change the address, you must notify us by 10pm EST of the order day. After that time, your order will already be processed and be sent for shipment. We are not able to offer any refunds for cancelled orders or packages address to the incorrect address.
