Brands Hatch Indy - 30/31 March 2013

Tom Ingram proved himself the fastest driver in the field in the 2013 Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup curtain-raiser around Brands Hatch's Indy Circuit, and a dominant victory in the final race of the weekend served notice to his rivals that he will be every inch a title contender this year.

Having finished third in the standings at the end of his rookie campaign of Ginetta G55 competition last year – tallying six victories, 17 podium finishes, four pole positions and six fastest laps along the way – Ingram has only one objective for 2013, and he travelled to Brands Hatch in confident spirits and eager to get back down to business following a promising pre-season testing programme.

Donington Park - 20/21 April 2013

Tom Ingram has stormed into the lead of the 2013 Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup title standings courtesy of a stunning podium sweep in the second outing of the campaign at Donington Park – and now he is bidding to press home his advantage around one of his favourite circuits on the calendar.

Albeit not the greatest fan of Donington, Ingram does have an impressive record there and he returned with good memories after clinching his maiden victory in a Ginetta G55 around the Leicestershire track in 2012 – and buoyed by a dominant drive in the final race of the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship-supporting Ginetta GT Supercup curtain-raiser at Brands Hatch three weeks earlier.

Thruxton - 04/05 May 2013

Tom Ingram overcame the odds to storm to what he described as the ‘best win' of his career to-date in the third outing on the 2013 Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup calendar at Thruxton – and the mesmerising performance has seen the talented young High Wycombe-based speed demon more than double his championship lead.

Ingram travelled to Thruxton with a superb record around the fearsomely-fast Hampshire circuit, and on-form having surged to the top of the Ginetta GT Supercup title standings courtesy of a magnificent podium hat-trick in the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship feeder series a fortnight earlier at Donington Park.

Oulton Park - 08/09 June 2013

Whilst the sun might have been shining bright, Tom Ingram felt distinctly under-the-weather as the Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup travelled to Oulton Park for the fourth outing on its 2013 calendar – but a brave and committed performance nonetheless saw the talented High Wycombe-based speed demon annex a brilliant podium double to further increase his advantage in the chase for the coveted crown.

As the ITV4-televised, BTCC-supporting Ginetta GT Supercup revved back into life following its early-season hiatus, Ingram headed north to Cheshire with 32 points in-hand over his nearest pursuer in the standings – defending title-holder Carl Breeze, a former sparring-partner of Kimi Raikkonen, no-less, and a man who famously succeeded the ice-cool Finn as Formula Renault UK Champion a decade ago.

Croft - 22/23 June 2013

Tom Ingram proved himself to be a class apart from his Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup rivals at Croft, tallying a flawless triple triumph in changeable conditions to more than double his advantage in the title standings and ensure he heads into the mid-season break as indubitably the man to beat.

Boasting a striking new livery on his JHR Developments-prepared Ginetta G55, Ingram travelled to Croft with a strong previous record around the demanding North Yorkshire circuit having ascended the top step of the podium there in 2012 – and determined to finish off the job that he had started with pole position in qualifying at Oulton Park a fortnight earlier.

Snetterton - 03/04 August 2013

Three years after first competing there, Tom Ingram finally succeeded in cracking his Snetterton curse as he sped to his sixth victory of what is turning out to be a superb 2013 campaign in the fiercely-contested Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup.

Prior to last weekend, Snetterton was the only circuit on the Ginetta GT Supercup calendar at which Ingram had never won, with Lady Luck stubbornly refusing to smile upon the talented young High Wycombe ace in Norfolk. To give you an idea, in 2011, practically everything that could have gone wrong, did go wrong, whilst in 2012, engine failure robbed him of the top step of the rostrum. You get the picture...

Knockhill - 24/25 August 2013

The recently-turned 20-year-old KX Akademy protégé, British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) Rising Star and MSA Academy member extended his unbroken podium run to an extraordinary 18 as the fiercely-contested, British Touring Car Championship-supporting Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup journeyed north of the border to Knockhill in Scotland – where a ‘magic’ seventh victory of a sensational 2013 campaign has carried him one step closer to his title goal.

Rockingham - 14/15 September 2013

Ingram’s rivals did not see which way the 20-year-old KX Akademy protégé, British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) Rising Star and MSA Academy member went as the fiercely-contested, BTCC-supporting Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup headed to Rockingham – where a sublime double victory has vaulted Tom to the brink of the coveted championship crown.

Silverstone - 28/29 September 2013

The tears flowed almost as much as the victory champagne last weekend at Silverstone, where the 20-year-old KX Akademy protégé, British Racing Drivers’ Club (BRDC) Rising Star and MSA Academy member completed what he described as the ‘realisation of a dream’ by storming to a third car racing title in just four years as he dominated proceedings to clinch the 2013 Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup crown.

The Michelin Ginetta GT Supercup acts as a feeder and support series to the high-profile Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), and benefits accordingly from live television coverage on ITV4.
